The context
Ellpha, a company dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace, sought to create an AI-powered SaaS product, Talentuum, to help organizations eliminate bias in talent management.
The product is designed to help HR professionals in various regions tackle the challenges of fair and equitable talent decisions by integrating AI insights directly into their workflows.
The problem
Ellpha needed to ensure that Talentuum would effectively address the needs of HR professionals while remaining compliant with different regional regulations. The challenge was to validate the product's direction and make it intuitive and accessible across diverse markets.
The objective

The objective was to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that would effectively serve HR professionals in diverse markets, requiring both strategic insight and strong design capabilities. The MVP needed to be intuitive, effective, and adaptable to different organisational needs. To achieve this, user experience analytics would play a key role in understanding user behaviour and preferences and guiding necessary adjustments.
The result
- 14 HR professionals provided key insights through interviews.
- In-depth research shaped the MVP's core features.
- Comprehensive UI component library delivered for seamless integration.
- Positive feedback received from both users and development teams.
