The context
SureCloud, a leader in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), provides its software solution to household names such as M&S and Autotrader. They sought to enhance its platform to better meet the needs of its expanding customer base. The goal was to improve end-user experience while maintaining the platform's powerful capabilities.
